LSTC Announces Presidential Search Committee
The Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago is excited to announce the formation of its Presidential Search Committee. This diverse and distinguished group will be responsible for identifying LSTC’s next president, a leader who will steer the institution toward a bright and faithful future.
The committee members were thoughtfully chosen to represent the breadth of the LSTC community, with voices from faculty, students, alumni, staff, the board of directors, and the board of trustees. These individuals bring with them a wealth of experience, a deep commitment to LSTC’s mission, and a shared vision for the future of the seminary.
The Presidential Search Committee includes:
- Dr. Karri Alldredge, Faculty
- Nicholas Breining, MDiv Student
- Bishop Yehiel Curry, ELCA bishop and LSTC Alum
- Keisha Dyson, Staff
- Paul Erbes, Board of Directors
- Kristi Ferguson, Search Committee Chair
- Greg Lewis, Board of Directors Chair
- Rev. Dr. Carrie La Plante, Foundation Board, Alumni Board
- Ariana Strahl, Staff
The dedication of these individuals, crucial to LSTC’s mission and future, will be invaluable as they lead the search for a new president. The community will receive updates as the search progresses, and we ask for your support and prayers during this important transition.
