LGBTQ History Month: Artist in Residence
Register to join us on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, as we welcome our October Chapel Artist-in-Residence, The Rev. Dr. April Stace, to our campus for a day of worship, conversation, and music.
Dr. Stace will begin the day by preaching and presiding in chapel. Following chapel, join us for a book talk over lunch featuring her forthcoming Fortress Press publication, Poly in the Pews: Reexamining Relationships, Sex, and What It Means to Be Faithful. The conversation will explore questions of relationships, sexuality, faith, and the ways we understand faithful living within Christian communities.
That evening, Dr. Stace will share her musical artistry in an album release concert featuring harp music from her forthcoming release, Aphelion.
Come for one event or join us throughout the day as we welcome Dr. Stace to campus and celebrate the intersections of faith, queer identity, scholarship, and artistic expression.
