A Place to Call Home

At LSTC, we offer a variety of housing options designed to create a vibrant and supportive residential community. Our vintage apartments provide comfortable living spaces that cater to individuals, families, and even your pets.

Student Housing Option

Our one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments are available for rent at significantly reduced rates, making it affordable to live in one of Chicago’s most desirable neighborhoods. Our courtyard buildings have garden beds available for students to cultivate whatever flora they wish. All units have ample area for sitting in the back porch areas, and most units have hardwood floors. These private apartments can be rented individually or shared with other students, fostering a close-knit community feel.

Greenwood: Greenwood Ave + 54th Place

The Greenwood building is a 6 flat with 2- and 3-bedroom units with a cozy courtyard area and a verdant garden of native species.

A brownstone building with 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units. This building also houses student resources including the Life Together Apartment and Katie’s Closet.

Ecumenical Living

LSTC’s residential community is ecumenical by design, with students from various seminaries and divinity schools in the area living alongside LSTC students. This diverse living environment enhances the learning experience and builds lasting relationships across different faith traditions.
