What is your favorite memory of your time at LSTC?
I was warmly welcomed and served on my first coming to LSTC. It made me feel comfortable as a newcomer.
What was the most meaningful class you took?
Emotion, Justice and the Church.
How did you feel supported during your seminary journey?
During my study journey at LSTC, I received great moral and material support from LSTC. I was only supported by a scholarship from LSTC with a full scholarship. With regard to covering my daily needs and leasing an apartment, I work at LSTC. I am so grateful because LSTC provides students with a job. I was greatly assisted in studying with the “learning partner” system, the international student community, and a comfortable and lively classroom learning environment.
What are your post-graduation plans?
My post-graduation plan is to return to my country (Indonesia) to serve as a pastor. I also plan to return here to continue my study in taking a Ph.D. in the next two years.
How did LSTC shape you as a future leader of the public church?
LSTC has formed me with a broader perspective of the world of service and equipped me spiritually through a learning system that is not only oriented towards deepening course material but also emphasizes reflection and relevance to real-life situations. LSTC also held many meetings, gatherings, sharing sections, and various other events, which were profoundly beneficial for shaping my future leadership.
