LSTC Announces Cindy Sisson as New Interim Director of Admissions and Advisor for Enrollment Strategies
LSTC is pleased to announce Cindy Sisson as our new Interim Director of Admissions and Advisor for Enrollment Strategies, beginning her tenure with us on Monday, January 27, 2025. With over 32 years of leadership experience in higher education, Cindy brings an impressive track record in enrollment management, admissions, marketing, and student retention. Cindy has served in senior leadership roles at institutions such as Grace College, Huntington University, and Saint Francis University, where she implemented innovative strategies to enhance student recruitment and sustain enrollment.
In her new role, Cindy will focus on aligning the Office of Admissions to effectively support enrollment efforts across our traditional degree programs and Project Starling. She will leverage her expertise to implement industry-standard business practices and cutting-edge technologies to create a consistent and sustainable enrollment process. Her dedication to fostering student success and commitment to institutional excellence make her a valuable addition to the LSTC community.
Cindy’s extensive background in enrollment management includes leading diverse teams, developing data-driven recruitment strategies, and building collaborative partnerships that promote growth and retention.
