Event Process and Procedures
The Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago’s procedures are for the purpose of providing a clear set of guidelines for organizing and executing events. These guidelines are intended to ensure that events are conducted in compliance with relevant laws and regulations and ensure the safety of all participants and attendees.
The procedures set forth in this document apply to all departments, offices, and student organizations of the seminary. It is the responsibility of all stakeholders to adhere to the guidelines outlined in this document. By following these guidelines, we can ensure that all events are successful and representative of the mission and vision of The Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago.
